In this technique, the micro-rings are used in between two wefts to create the tracks to
sew the two wefts together giving a 'hidden' and discreet application
No braids, no glue, no mess, and no damage to your hair.

The wefts lie flat on the scalp, so no plaited corn-row bumps and your micro rings hidden
on top and underneath. Your hair extensions feel and look natural.

The hidden weave method eliminates bulkiness throughout the hair in comparison to other sew-in weaves due to its non braided system. The hidden weave hides the attachments when weaves are lifted, unlike other similar methods. It leaves no lumps or bumps, and gives more flexibility with styling as far as putting your hair up into an up do style and a high, flat ponytail without any visible extensions. Because your hair is not braided, there is more breathing room for the scalp, which allows thorough cleansing when washing.
The ideal candidate for the hidden weave is someone with five inches of hair or more and with medium to thick hair texture. The hidden weave will last about six to eight weeks (before requiring maintenance) depending on how fast your clients natural hair grows, and a full head takes around 1.5 to
2 hours to do.

3 to 4 tracks at the back with smaller 1 to 2 tracks for the sides would be generally enough
for a full head application - when working on a live model/client

This guidance is based on medium thickness hair type (fine hair less tracks, thick hair
possibly more).

REMEMBER – when your client’s hair is styled you don’t want to see the tracks so checkhow the client’s hair naturally falls before you go up any further into the crown so they
can’t be seen.
You will still a need 1 inch ‘red zone’ from the front hair line left out and 1 inch above the
ear so you have ample coverage in EVERY direction. Refer to placement guide image
diagrams page 9 onwards

Half Head Application – Used For
Thickness/Volume ONLY
The importance of weight ratio from top to bottom is not as important for half head
applications as the extended hair will usually be trimmed to match the length of the client’s
natural hair length.
However, consideration must be taken that the thickness being added is evenly distributed
throughout the whole of the head.
The aim is to add thickness ensuring the added hair is kept in relation to the client’s
natural hair texture and also a consideration to the clients head size.
E.G. Clients with the same hair texture and a very petite shape of head will require less hair
added than someone with a larger diameter head shape to achieve the same effect.
